We regularly celebrate our successes, with monthly awards for our colleagues who go above and beyond. We empower our teams to determine the work schedules that enable them to deliver, which means we have a hybrid of remote and office based working. However, we physically meet up on a regular basis, for a mixture of team collaboration, town halls and social events, be that raising money for our charities, cake bakes or evenings out on the town.
We respect and celebrate everyone’s cultures, beliefs and interests, recognising that our differences are what make us an outstanding team. We strive every single day to make sure Delta is a great place to work. Our people turnover is consistently low, and our engagement survey results have been consistently world class, but we encourage our leadership team to keep listening, learning and aiming higher.
