Amulya Seshachala Rising Star Finalist
Amulya Seshachala is a distinguished leader in test automation with Delta Financial Systems Ltd, where she has spent six years driving innovation and efficiency. Her career began with Infosys, advancing from Test Engineer to a leadership role, and continued at IBM as a Test Lead, managing automation across 50+ accounts. At Delta, Amulya's initiatives include creating a Banking Test Framework and integrating API Postman tests into Jenkins, boosting deployment reliability and speed. Her mentorship, especially of women in tech, reflects her dedication to fostering talent and supporting industry growth. Amulya's blend of technical prowess and leadership makes her an exemplary candidate for the Rising Star Award.
Amy Glover Shining Star Finalist
Amy Glover is a Senior Manager at Delta Financial Systems Limited, where she has played a pivotal role since joining in 2011. With a background in consumer banking, Amy transitioned into the complex pensions technology sector, quickly becoming a subject matter expert. She now leads a team responsible for client support, quality assurance, and training, ensuring the secure management of retirement funds for over 250,000 individuals. Amy’s leadership has been instrumental in implementing key projects, including a new service ticketing system and SQL training for her team, enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Amy also champions women in tech, mentoring female colleagues and leading initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within Delta.
Natasha Moss Tech Professional (non-coding) and Best Use of Tech in Public Sector Project Finalist
Natasha Moss, a key figure at Delta Financial Systems Limited, boasts over 28 years of experience in the pensions sector. Joining Delta as a Product Manager in 2011, Natasha excels in navigating complex regulatory changes, significantly contributing to the company’s ability to deliver compliant software solutions for over 250,000 individuals. Her role includes liaising with regulatory bodies like the FCA and HMRC and managing intricate regulatory projects. Natasha also champions women in tech through Delta’s Women’s Network and advocates for crucial issues such as menopause awareness. Her leadership and expertise make her a vital asset to Delta and a strong role model in the industry.
