Delta is celebrating National Apprenticeship Week, recognising the amazing apprentices that have been part of our success over the years.
Phil Gullick joined Delta in 2013 in our second Microsoft Apprenticeship intake shortly after Delta was first awarded Microsoft Apprentice Employer of the year (2012). Phil typifies our company values, during the Covid-19 pandemic he took time to check in with colleagues, helping to lift their day at a time that has been challenging for everyone.
Phil has also been instrumental in the implementation of our Quality and testing operation, over 93’000 daily automated tests ensuring the reliability of our products before they are released to the lifetime savings market.
