Coronavirus - An Update on Delta’s Business Continuity Plan

Delta Financial Systems Logo

As we explained in our message last week, our operating model already involves a number of our personnel working remotely and we invoked the first stage of our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to facilitate an appropriate proportion of our staff to do so.

In accordance with government guidance issued yesterday, Delta has today implemented the second stage of our BCP and moved to all staff working from home with immediate effect.

At this point we therefore expect there to be little or no immediate impact on the support service we are providing to our clients. Should you or your colleagues need support from Delta, please therefore continue to contact the Support Team via the normal channels of our online client portal and email in the first instance.

Naturally these extremely challenging times present significant obstacles to all businesses, and so we will continue to monitor the situation and government advice and update you should this change.

We trust you and all your staff remain safe and well in these uncertain times. If you think there is anything that any of our team here at Delta could do to help you, your staff or your business in this challenging situation, please just ask us – we’re all in this together.
