We empower our teams to determine the work schedules that enable them to deliver, which means we have a hybrid of remote and office based working. However, we physically meet up on a regular basis, for a mixture of team collaboration, town halls and social events, be that raising money for our charities, cake bakes or evenings out on the town.

We strive every single day to make sure Delta is a great place to work. Our people turnover is consistently low, and our engagement survey results have been consistently world class, but we encourage our leadership team to keep listening, learning and aiming higher.
Delta has given me an opportunity to share my 15+ years of SIPP experience with my colleagues as we continue to develop functionality, as well as allowing me to build my skills as a BA.
