We are delighted to announce that we’ve been recognised as one of the 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ by Great Place To Work UK!
Our place on this prestigious list is driven by the Great Place to Work engagement survey, measuring how everyone across Delta feels about the culture we’ve collectively developed, making us a truly great workplace for all.
Delta MD, Billy Chalk commented on this achievement:
“One of our main goals is to make Delta an even better place to work, and Great Place To Work UK have helped us dive even deeper into our team engagement.
Led by the outstanding Iain Tait and Claire Court, everyone at Delta is empowered to own our culture, and each person contributes to make this an amazing place to be. Honesty and transparency come first, and being part of our team means you are made to feel welcome and treated fairly, you have access to the tools and people you need, you’re trusted to do a good job without management looking over your shoulder, and you are surrounded by colleagues who are always willing to give extra to get the job done.
I’d like to say thank you to all my Delta colleagues for the effort each and every one puts into making Delta not only a Great Place to Work, but one of the Best UK Workplaces in Tech. I’m proud to be part of an extraordinary team!”
